Who is this course for? This course is designed for individuals working in, or preparing for, advanced behavior analytic roles who require QBA-aligned coursework. It is intended for professionals currently serving as supervisors, senior therapists, clinical leads, or program managers, as well as those pursuing these roles and seeking QBA certification to meet credentialing requirements.

Delivery Format This program is delivered using a hybrid instructional model. Coursework includes a combination of live, instructor-led virtual classes and structured asynchronous coursework, depending on the content area. All instructional hours are provided as part of the formal course schedule. Instructional hours do not constitute supervision or supervised fieldwork. All course content is delivered in English.

About the Instructor

Lauren Donovan, M.S. BCBA, has been a board-certified behavior analyst since 2014, with over 15 years of experience in the field.   She has worked across clinical, educational, and supervisory roles in the United States and the United Arab Emirates, supporting behavior technicians, clinicians, supervisors, and behavior analysts across a range of service settings. Her work includes extensive experience in supervision, mentorship, and instructional design, with a strong emphasis on clinical quality and sound clinical reasoning.   Lauren is deeply passionate about teaching and professional development, particularly in helping practitioners build confidence, competence, and compassion in their clinical work. Her approach emphasizes practical application, ethical decision-making, and accessible instruction designed to support working professionals and international practitioners navigating diverse service systems.

Certification Requirements

This course provides QBA-required coursework only. A certificate of course completion is issued upon completion of all required coursework and full payment of course fees. Supervised fieldwork hours, competency assessments, examination eligibility, and any additional certification requirements are the responsibility of the individual and are not included as part of this coursework. Individuals are responsible for reviewing current certification requirements directly through the QABA website.
