About the Instructor
Lauren Donovan, M.S. BCBA, has been a board-certified behavior analyst since 2014, with over 15 years of experience in the field. She has worked across clinical, educational, and supervisory roles in the United States and the United Arab Emirates, supporting behavior technicians, clinicians, supervisors, and behavior analysts across a range of service settings. Her work includes extensive experience in supervision, mentorship, and instructional design, with a strong emphasis on clinical quality and sound clinical reasoning. Lauren is deeply passionate about teaching and professional development, particularly in helping practitioners build confidence, competence, and compassion in their clinical work. Her approach emphasizes practical application, ethical decision-making, and accessible instruction designed to support working professionals and international practitioners navigating diverse service systems.
Certification Requirements
This course provides ABAT-required coursework only. A certificate of course completion is issued upon completion of all required coursework and full payment of course fees. Competency assessment, supervision hours, and any additional certification requirements are the responsibility of the individual and are not included as part of this coursework. Individuals are responsible for reviewing current requirements on the QABA website.
